Age 6. Wildside is the only operator on the Tully River offering commercial rafting from age 6. Both the Sports Raft and the River Raft welcome children from age 6 with a parent or guardian.

$150 per person, all-inclusive. Equipment, guide, and all river time are included. There are no additional charges payable on the day. No hidden levies. No surprise fees.

The Sports Raft is a two-person, self-drive raft. You and your partner steer and paddle independently within a fully guided session. Wildside guides are on the river throughout.

The River Raft carries up to 8 people with a Wildside guide inside the raft calling commands. You paddle together as a crew.

Both rafts run on the same river, at the same times. Both are guided experiences. The difference is format and group size, not level of guidance.

Swimwear, sunscreen, shoes that can get wet (secure footwear, no thongs). All safety equipment is provided including helmets and personal flotation devices.

The river grades you on commitment, not fitness. A reasonable level of general fitness is helpful, but you do not need to be an athlete. If you have specific mobility concerns, contact us before booking and we'll advise honestly.
